yes, each has to weigh what is best for them. We are only guessing at this point since fragmentation on the board has surfaced.

PN mentioned a plan for SH value was supported, this is not actually bad news.  but to have a viable, strong future is in doubt as seperate company. Seems Fred knows this and thus did not waste time on financials. Hopefully time spent  now is getting an absorbtion plan implemented with benefit to shareholders. fingers crossed.
