Why?  At this point in time we know of nothing that they have done for the company since joining the board.  I am quite sure that they believed they could help the shut down process, find a suitor, maybe someone take the company private, who knows--maybe despite their efforts they were not able to accomplish it?  There options are not fully vested yet and they are in the 7 cent range and are clearly way under water.
