Joe,

Wish I had the sense that the downgrade to the Pinks ( remember when we dreamed about the Nasdaq? Was it a maintained SP of a dollar for 30 days to qualify?) was a planned strategic action of some sort however, I don't.

As far as I can determine not a single filing deadline was late since Norris Communication was incorporated. And yet, this deadline is missed by a week and there is still not a single word of explanation by the company.

In fairness, every single EDIG investor deserves better.

As Aretha does it better than anyone: RESPECT!
