I read somewhere that it takes about six months when you are filing for Chapter 7. When they signed the new lease etc. I believe this was all part of the plan yet they never let the shareholders know. The February 10 Q was bullish in my opinion.  They mislead.  Apparently Mary Fales did not agree either!   This has got to be one of the most poorly managed corporations in history!!
