Has anyone considered that perhaps the new law firm that our attorneys joined decided that they did not want to continue representing e.Digital for the apparently very small settlements that they were able to get.

When faced with the need to start over from scratch with a third new law firm, Fred and the Board of Directors decided to throw in the towel.

Just some thoughts...

The patents that Patrick Nunally developed seem to have incredible possibilities, and should have asset value to the company and the shareholders. Or did we invest in a company that never really fully owned the patents that we were suing people for infringing them!

We the shareholders should own the patents and all of the asserts.

Maybe everyone has now dumped all of their shares because of the bankruptcy filing, and some other company out there (G?) is buying a majority stake in the company for almost nothing on the open market!

All of this is just some thoughts and just my opinion.

Fyi...I still have all of my shares!  Maybe I will request paper copies, and wallpaper a few rooms in the house with them!
