Look, it's way over.  Somebody convinced Fred and the Board (maybe it was the  new board), that the best and maybe only way forward to success was to shed the shareholders.  Maybe that was a condition upon moving forward with acquisition or some deal with a heavyweight.  Someday we'll know but for now we know that our shares are worthless and we are cooked, crammed and left in the dust by some greater interest than the enrichment of long time shareholders - most likely the enrichment of soon to be shareholders.
