This thing is being ramrodded by Golden and from reading the docket it looks like a hasty last minute decision. It just looks unorganized even paying with a credit card  for the filing fees 335 looks unorganized. 

But it looks to me like golden is ramrodding this thing.  I'll bet they haven't even sufficiently informed the creditors yet.
