The court can do whatever it wants, this has nothing to do with the court . This is speculation that has to do with Venture capitalists, as there's value in the Shell of the company because the company still has carry forward loss,   that I would suspect is  still substantial.

 Why would they throw that completely away which could amount to nearly 50 mlll?
