I'm a shareholder.  Can you please confirm/inform.  When Mary Fales resigned you were listed as the contact person for the patents.  A document dated June 8th states such.  When the company filed bankruptcy, I believe that you said you also were cut out.  On the initial filing the patents are not shown on the list of assets of the company.  Do you know their true status?  Who owns the patents if they are no longer an asset of yours or the company?

Sorry to be late getting back to you.  I wish I could answer your questions but, I can't simply because I have no idea.  The way they have done things no one seems to really know.
