An excellent thought indeed.

The more information the better. Our only hope is that the right person agrees that something fraudulent is going on and slows the process down or stops it completely.

I agree that the best way is to hire an attorney to formally represent shareholders... again, just to be certain that the right info gets in front of the right person. I don't think that should cost too much, but it would have to be untaken by a shareholder with the funds, the location (close to SD), and the interest to do so.  I simply do not have the contacts or resources myself although if I lived anywhere near SD, I'd probably attempt to do something.

As much as many thought the company would be successfully someday, I believe there has been an active intent to deceive and steal from us by management. Again if I thought I could do anything about it I would.
