  What I see is a plan to dissolve the company and,  not necessarily because of insolvent issues, in the face of shareholders without exercising any of the alternative options that were available to them.

This is why I have a problem with that IPR crap. If they knew they were going to have to file for bankruptcy under extreme insolvency why did they not just push through on the IPR and get a firm ruling on their Tech,  bad okay we're out of business ...good let's move forward they could have gotten  bankable  issues on a positive ruling against Google but they preferred not to do that and go and blatantly file a Chapter 7
