All this sounds criminal!!  Stolen right out from under our feet!

Perhaps, the bankruptcy laws NEED to change!!

Did Pat Nunally receive monies from Edig? If so and not in the 10K then that means information was kept from the shareholders and as far as I know that would mean fraud has occurred.  And Fred and Mardee would need to answer to that if so.

Perhaps it's time for the SEC to investigate this!
