To answer a few of the questions, the meeting was continued because there is some discovery that still has to happen. Turns out that when they filed the BK they asked their lawyers what docs they had to produce, and they were told the last 2 years. So Fred said they had a storage unit that was housing all the docs and they took all they needed and destroyed the rest because they could no longer afford the rental unit. According to Fred, the BODs were involved in all of the decision making processes, and agreed on the diection they were taking. Replacing FF in my opinion would have been the right thing to do, but alas we know what happened there. Yes Fred heard every one of the letters read, and he vehemently denied any wrong doing when the trustee asked him about it. He also put out there that they had exhausted all funding possibilities, which from what I have heard is not completely true, but at this point it's his word...
