Now that is one question that intrigues me...One of the letters from an EDigger referenced her quitting and the trustee asked FF about it. What was the reason she stated for leaving??? What was EDig doing that replulsed her and made her quit??? FF replied she learned EDig was going the bankruptcy route and could not pay her any longer. She was not given any additional duties, had nothing to do so she quit.....
Now I don't buy that statement at all. Firstly she resigned months ago so therefore EDig had to know it was planning bankruptcy then and did not (as a material event) put forth that information to the public/investors. Plus having no funds to pay her doesn't exacly qualify as the reason she states, (that EDig was doing something that she could not agree with) or something like that, I don't remember her exact stated reason. But her reason does not seem to be the reason FF gave.
I wonder if she were contacted would she say which reason is accurate and what her real reason was???Frank
