But there will be, as soon as the BK is final and the patents are sold.  That was the plan right?  No one will be able to prove this was the plan or there was a deal beforehand, or that this process has not been carried out in accordance with the Law.  Edig ran out of money, there is no disputing that.  Had the patents value, the company would have survived.  

The big question is, with the new Directors late in the game - did they chart this course?  Who will surface in the coming months with patents in hand?

It will still hold our interest.
