FWIW--I would think that Mary Fales could be extremely helpful in this matter if she is willing to speak with the new proposed ownership entity of the patents.  I have left her two voice mails and neither was returned.  She KNOWS if there is value to the Nunchi patents or if the whole thing has been a sham from way back.  SYNAP now approved!  Who is paying the necessary fees?  Fred, the liar, says the patents have no value so why continue to go through the approval process.  The only thing that is for sure is the patents have no value in Fred Falk's hands.
