would that be insider trading?  When did Fred sell? Could they have made an agreement (kickback to Fred some $) when Polis sold. The date and time of their sales should be standard things to look at. How about Fred's "friends" who may have sold?

Oh, I think the market makers were so short it would make us sick.  But their not short anymore.  They happily bought back shares for nothing and can now book their profits. Jmo.
