Around the time that this was first going down I called and left two voicemails, on different days, for Mary Fales.  A week ago or so I called and had a 20 minute conversation with the receptionist explaining much of our dilemma to her and asking her to please make sure she gets the message.  I asked her to call me back if for no other reason than to just tell me that Mary cannot/will not return my call to provide any information at all.  No call back from Mary or the receptionist.  No surprise but I gave it a shot.
