Shareholders have written many, many letters to the trustees....Those letters may have influenced the trustee's decision, only more knowledge will tell, however there are two EDiggers on this board who have tirelessly worked to find "chinks" in the legal motions filed by FF and have spent their own funds to achieve the purpose of bringing light to this "fraud" (allegely). I think you know who they are but I won't reveal their names unless they give permission.....I have been privy to their work and am saying to all of you, IF THIS DISMISSAL PUTS EDIG BACK IN BUSINESS IN ANY MANNER WHICH SHOULD (AND I EMPHASIZE SHOULD) MEAN EDIG WILL BE A BETTER MANAGED COMPANY WITH TREMONDOUS ASSETS (PATENTS) THEN YOU OWE, AND I MEAN, OWE BIG TIME THEIR EFFORTS.....
