The 8-K listed all bod names as resigned except Fred.

Fred, MarDee and Kevin were employees, who "resigned" as in they lost their jobs.

Why Fred is not named in the 8-K I don't follow, unless he remains CEO but not employed, as the responsible party to the court, along with MarDee?
