Hello,

I want to thank all who wrote letters and "Blew" up one of EDIG's Bankruptcy.  Being a consumer Bankruptcy attorney and fellow EDIgger I really thought it was end of EDIG days.  I am stunned that the bankruptcy was dismissed and mad that the company was run by lemmings or I am a lemming for investing in it. 

I really like the trustee's reasoning in dismissing the bankruptcy; that the only real creditors are stockholders.

At least there is a tiny hope that my investment for 16 years and $ is not done yet.

My questions is, are there a team of stockholders or some entity that is going to take over EDIG if both Bankruptcys are dismissed.  In other words how is someone going to prosecute the patents (Trustee stated from infomation he cant see value). 

Are some stock holders going to move to form a new board.  Is anyone qualified to do this and did the people before fail b/c they could not do it or EDIg has real no I.P.

  How will this board operate and spend to prosecute patents and enforce patents.  Either way how does the PPS or anything ever improve.  The inventor thinks he can do something; he should be on the new board.
