The trustees have the ability to ask the court to reveal the Google issue.I say we hound them to make the reveal and get to the bottom of the settlement agreement.

If it's ambiguous regarding any value get Fred on the stand and cross-examine him for the details.  It either comes out that it has value or has no value ...one way or the other we have to know.

This is all so disgusting I can't believe what Fred did with that chapter 7 he gave us the shareholders no options at all.

With that I'll be keeping a very very very close eye on that  situation
