FF did not plan on any oposition. He went into this simply thinking all he had to do was file, show up at the hearing and it would be all over....It's kind of hard to express what I know was in FF's head but it follows his normal "modus operandi" where he makes decisions WITHOUT thinking about the "next step" That is why EDig is where it is today...IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY. He gave no thought there would be any opposition or any problem with any decision made by a trustee. In fact he stated to Pat in the FIRST hearing "Whew, I'll be glad when it's all over today"...Supreme mistaken confidence....
