Just read through Barclay's rebuttal to the Debtor's(Edig) rebuttal where FF's lawyers are claiming that the bankruptcy should not be dismissed as Barclay suggests.  It is stated in that document that Edig DID NOT HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT.  Read it for yourself if you have not yet--turtlehard's post on 9-20 has the link.  How could this happen?  Someone needs to be held responsible for this.
