1. Why was this company formed?
2. authorized with 1,000,000 shares, so of the listed members of the corp, how does the ownership break down?
3. Where did the money come from to form the company?
4. Who paid the bills of this new company, Hardee?
5. Did money from settlements make it's way to Illia?

I think there should be lots of questions in this area to clear the air or turn up the heat.
