That`s exactly what it means. Everything is pointing to handheld video in numerous arenas...cell phones, ipods, IFE etc etc....
EDIG has already participated to a limited extent. How far Blakeley and company takes it with the new DVAP is what remains to be seen. Should they engage one or more entities to run with it we might just see potential realized, and from here (.08) that could be quite meaningful.
