Sounds like a perfect idea..........but loopholes have a way of closing...........so no doubt congress will work quickly to close this one......probably days before our patents would be transferred to the san diego tribes you mention......lol  Gotta hand it to allergan though, its an impressive solution to a real problem.    What we need is for the Supreme court to rule to end the IPR process...........there is a case questioning the legality that the supreme court is going to hear this month and I believe rules by June........so if all goes as planned we end up with the company back on Thursday..........and possibly next summer we get REAL patents back.........the plot thickens....
