Great point. If Fred and friends hold the majority, they can cause some mischief ......and ultimately benefit from any success the surviving company has. Ironic ain't it?

I pray all the shareholders come out of this whole but this  thing can go wrong all kinds of ways. Somewhere at some point the team is going to need a clever attorney ....I think.
