Everything now is exactly the same as before the BK, including the BOD and FF. All the shareholders, that still own stock, are in the same position. Unfortunately the sellers cannot recoup but can purchase more at these prices if they believe in EDig going forward from here. As i have mentioned a few times, this is a matter of steps....Step 1 is to legally remove the BOD and FF replace them with new management.....
