I simply thought pressure from the SEC would motivate someone at Edig to comply with their regulations & possibly begin the healing process.  I tend to view legal issues such as these in an "if, then, or" situation.  We are a society of laws & "if" I don't comply, "then" I will be arrested & prosecuted, "or" I better get outta Dodge.  Perhaps I'm a bit naive in the financial arena.
