e.Digital is committed to sound principles of corporate governance and is managed under the direction of the Company's Board of Directors. e.Digital’s Corporate Governance Policies were adopted by the Board of Directors to promote the interests of stockholders and to establish a common set of expectations as to how the Board, its various committees and individual directors should perform their duties.

Hopefully we get a new group to rise from the ashes.
