To the best of my knowledge, FF and the board are back in place but have no desire to be there.  FF and the BOD can nominate someone to be the interim CEO.  But they need to resign after that is done for obvious reasons.  Maybe it is time to get legal representation involved.  Maybe it is time to see if there is anyone out there that still believes in the patents that could put up some seed money to get things going again?  I do not KNOW anything except we are not dead yet and are better off than we were before the Delaware BK case was dismissed.  I have heard that dismising a bankruptcy is quite rare.  The core guys and Pat Nunally are still fighting as far as I know.  One step at a time.
