IMO, He is going forward with his plan, to move the shareholder out and make a private company, and probably try another time to go BK and a 3rd time if necesary.

He is well prepared, and has the advice from professionals in this type of situations. 

I'm not a EDIG share holder anymore, and I know I should not be posting anything related to E.Dgital, but the only reason I have is that I want to find out what happened to Google and the secret settlement, and I want justice for all and all the time I have spend waiting base on FF comments of progress via 10Ks , 10Q's and 8K's .

I know Pat N. wants to take control of his patents and create some revenue from them, but times fly’s and technology becomes obsolete with time, time is a bitch! And too bad is something I have understood recently.
