A large part of why we find ourselves in this position, is because there was not enough, public discussion.

Someone thought EDigital was a private club, instead of a public company, with shareholders. It is still not a private club; nor should it be.

We all have money in it, and someone is talking about our money, like they own it. They have a responsibility, to the shareholders, to be transparent.
