That type of inequality should make the judges think.... however they may not think twice about it.

The current political environment, (e.g the above)...of the USPTO,  make patents worthless.

I know, that I would never launch a business based on patent grants that can be taken away under the above scenario or the IPR process. It's a big enough gamble to launch a business never mind having to deal with the USPTO under their current rule... in my opinion under the current environment there will be a prolonged affect that will stifle business in this country big time.

Brings to mind, why did Michelle Lee resign?
