It is no time to be joking about the prospects of Fred’s house burning down.  I live in that area and have been evacuated.  Not been home for two days and have no power but my house seems to be safe so far—hopefully the winds will be kind this weekend.  Not any kind of something to joke about.   Somewhere around 30 thoroughbred horses perished,  one woman trainer has burns over 50 percent of her body, she is about 70 years old and got burned trying to save her horses.  Another trainer is in the burn ward at UCSD with burns on both his arms trying to do the same.  This is true devastation suffered by many humans and beautiful animals.
