Perhaps the CNET article will tell would-be customers something about the history of the company and who is currently involved in it.  An admittedly quick scan of the website did not disclose that, but corrections welcome.

Has Falk been successful in transferring the water device to Flo from EDIG by, in essence, doing nothing?  If so, it would be interesting to know who has assisted in that effort.  This would be just for general info, of course, since it appears that the vast majority of EDIG shareholders will never profit from it anyway.
