Pat was going to start anew and make sure we, the faithful, retained our investment.  We were going to work with him, but my impression was that our effort morphed into the direction of prosecuting Fred, rather than rebooting the Company and selling the tech.  

To answer your question, it does not seem to matter.  

Frankly, I could care less about monitoring my water.  My monthly bill tells me how much water I use.  Reminds me of the "kid fell off the bike", non-compelling reason for using Nunchi.
