Yes, but you must realize that this is exactly what Falk wants to occur.  In fact, it's the only plan he's put in place since 1999 that has been successful.  Due to inaction, the company simply fades away, and Falk is forever off the hook.  By doing so, Falk gets the equivalent of what he attempted in the bankruptcy proceedings. 

It appears to me that some of the "old timers" in this forum may also have become part of this plan, but that's another story and probably isn't worth telling at this juncture.  Whatever the case, EDIG is effectively dead (has been for some time, of course), and Falk, Nunally, and whomever they allowed to join them, if any, have moved on to market the "water thingy" through the new private company.
