Teddy, we need you!

Sman and others have really put a lot of their time and money into the fight for justice.  We were all mislead for sure by Fred and others.  The forward looking statements were without any thought about shareholders and the management exit was planned well beforehand.

I and others have contacted the SEC and I believe persistence in requesting an investigation is imperative.

And I agree.. sometimes it is just a matter of principle and the management of this company should never be allowed to do this to shareholders again.

The shell company still has value and it is too bad no entity has come forward.

Still, as someone mentioned previously there is always the media.  It would be nice if a CA media outlet looked into this pathetic scheme.
