I won't claim to know the details of what's going on here, but it certainly appears that Alfred Falk has been at best completely irresponsible in failing to file the required reports for EDIG while misleading us about the company's financial prospects and skimming the NUNCHI portfolio and the water management and operation to their new company called AWEN, leaving us with nothing. I really hope the SEC will do a full and thorough investigation of the whole ugly mess and find a solution that provides some much deserved justice for EDIG shareholders.
