I believe the following is a true picture of where the EDIG ShareHolders' Patents Ownership stands:

1.- Fred Falk has created the other company (ILLIA TECH.) with the usage rights of the new EDIG Patents.

2.- Pat. Nunally has created his new company (AWEN TECH.) with ownership claim of the new EDIG Patents, and as the sole patents owner through the help of Mary Fales, Esq.
