Long time....

So basically the Chapter 7 was dismissed.  Many of us wrote letters to the bankruptcy court.  There was really no debt so FF and the BOD just drove our investment off the proverbial cliff for no justifiable reason. This filing was just plain wrong and came out of nowhere.

Pat Nunally said he would help us during the blindside but he basically disappeared.  He was awarded our patents through the courts and FF and Co rode off into the “Out of Dodge” sunset.  

Please write to the SEC and tell them about all the positive forward looking statements released right before the filing.  Tell them about all the prospects for the water sensor.  Oh and don’t forget to mention that Fred and Company started Illia Technologies months before the bankruptcy filing.  That’s right... all their names are there with the E.digital Corp address.  And Illia is still active...
