I believe so.  Pat Nunally did not help us at all.  He got the patents.  I think he sold two posted by Sman?

There is always the SEC investigation.  Two years coming up.  I would like to see those responsible for stealing our investment investigated.  Seems to have just been all about fraud.  White collar too...
