I guess I am missing a ket element. Where do you see the form D and the $350,000.
The 1/2 mil I refer to in in the text of my prior post, the 8-K files back in Nov. That covered the 1/2 mil and the extra $20.00 per unit sold. Do you remember that loan? It was on top of a prior loan for 1 mil.
Help me out on the for D and the 350k
