Probably another exercise in futility but here is my message...

I have not contacted you in awhile and am, like most investors quite frankly, news starved. What happened to the promise to be more proactive in getting information out to shareholders and more aggressive in getting e.Digital`s name in the press? We sit at 7 cents a share and dropping; have nothing but more ``we expect`` and ``we look forward to`` press releases; ``word of mouth`` from purported shareholders posting their latest contact with the company; and shareholders who are getting more and more restive with each passing day.
I have seen the threat of lawsuit much too frequently for my liking as a shareholder as I feel such an action would be totally counter-productive. On the other hand, I can certainly empathize with the shareholders proposing such actions. They, like most of us, are unacceptably upside down in their investment and get nothing in the way of facts to asuage their concerns. Robert, it is time for some straight talk about eVu, medevu, Kino, or whatever the latest panacea for all our woes is. I have listened for six years to NDAs, when the OEMs are ready, and a veritable plethora of other reasons why shareholders must be kept in the dark. Those dogs don`t hunt anymore. If it wasn`t for Frank staying in touch with management, those of us who have attended shareholder meetings and know a goodly number of other investors would be getting nothing in the way of information about our company.
How is the hunt for a new facility going? What is the status of eVu, medevu, etc? When will the information pipeline be opened to us ``cult`` members (remember those days - well we are still here but not waiting anywhere near as patiently). Help us out here, Robert. Give us something solid that can dispel some of the doom and gloom we get everyday on the stock boards and by the total lack of news.
My numbers of changed but I would certainly appreciate hearing from you if you can find the time. (xxx-xxx-xxxx). Have a great day.
