I differ on that thought...they`ve implemented applications on their methodologies.....Unfortunately the industry failed to see the validity till just recently...and may be trying to circumvent.
IMO...whatever the MSFT abstract build utilizing the Samsung tools...when they use Falsh as a main memory...they`re infringing.
