If you recall, the PTSC patents had something todo with what Moore, th original Intel CEO had purchased from a thir party. PTSC claimed a part of the patents they had bough from the esate of the person who supposedly had sold something to moore.

That was the major issue in the initial phases of litigation which gave some credence to ptsc claims, and led INTEL and others go the ``licensing route``...

If the TPL group have accepted partnering with EDIG they must thing EDIG claims have some merrit...Hope they are as

succefull as they seem to be doing with PTSC...
