am not sure you are thinking things through right now. TPL is the obvious match for us to pursue patent infringement. I would ask Doni to expound on our patents and their relationship to what is on the market right now, but I would not be surprised if Apple may not be using the stuff of e.Digital. Oz, before you go off on me remember I have been here as long as you have and I have heard it all before too. In fact, I have heard it all direct from RP probably more than any of you with the exception of Sunpoop. I also put up with the endless whining and wailing about PTSC and look at it now. I can see how upset you are, but you are accomplishing nothing. I ask you to think about what you post - particularly at this time.
