Didn`t patent issues cause all the Blackberry problems? Don`t you think that will make managers more sensitive to the reality of what can happen if you f**k around with somebody else`s patents? Maybe, with that lesson fresh in their minds, folks will deal more quickly to resolve any patent disputes.
